BCPToolkit provides free, web-based utilities including but not limited to financial calculators, content generators, legal template builders, and publisher tools.

  • "As-Is" Basis: All tools are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no claims regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the outputs generated.
  • No Professional Advice (Legal): The "Privacy Policy Generator" and other legal templates are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal advice and strictly do not create an attorney-client relationship.
  • No Professional Advice (Financial): The "Profit Margin Calculator" and "Pricing Markup Tool" are for estimation only. You should consult a qualified accountant for business financial decisions.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Content: The source code, design, layout, graphics, and functionality of BCPToolkit are the intellectual property of Abel Babalola and are protected by copyright laws. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Services.

Generated Content: You retain ownership of the content you generate using our tools (e.g., AI-generated text, QR codes, or legal drafts). However, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to process this data solely for the purpose of generating the output.

4. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Usage

Certain tools on BCPToolkit (e.g., "AI Email Subject Line Gen," "AI CTA Personalizer") utilize third-party Artificial Intelligence APIs, specifically from OpenAI (more to come).

  • No Guarantee: AI outputs can be unpredictable. We do not guarantee the uniqueness or factual accuracy of AI-generated content.
  • Third-Party Terms: By using our AI tools, you acknowledge that your input data may be processed by OpenAI in accordance with their privacy policy and terms of use.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use BCPToolkit to:

  • Generate content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, or defamatory.
  • Attempt to bypass our security measures, including bot blockers or rate limits.
  • Inject malicious code, viruses, or exploit scripts (e.g., cmd_sco, eval()) into our input fields.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BCPToolkit and Abel Babalola shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • The use or inability to use the Services.
  • Errors or inaccuracies in the content generated by our tools.
  • Financial losses or legal disputes arising from your reliance on our calculators or templates.

7. Data Privacy & Analytics

We prioritize your privacy.

  • No Persistent Storage: Most tools process data client-side or temporarily on the server without storing your inputs in a database.
  • Analytics: We utilize a privacy-focused analytics tracker that logs anonymized data (e.g., Page Title, Time, Anonymized IP) solely for site improvement.

8. Third-Party Links and Ads

BCPToolkit may display affiliate links or advertisements managed via our internal Ad Manager. We are not responsible for the content, products, or services offered by third-party websites linked through these ads.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BCPToolkit, its owner, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located within Nigeria.
