1. Respect for Intellectual Property
BCPToolkit respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at http://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our Services.
2. Note on AI-Generated Content
Our platform utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate text, code, and images. While users own the content they generate, BCPToolkit cannot guarantee that AI-generated outputs are free from copyright claims by third parties. We encourage users to perform their own due diligence before commercially using generated assets.
3. Reporting Copyright Infringement (Takedown Notice)
If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that any material available on or through BCPToolkit infringes upon your copyright, please submit a Notice of Alleged Infringement containing the following information:
- Identification of the Work: A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the Material: A description of the material you claim is infringing and where it is located on our site (e.g., a specific URL or tool output).
- Contact Information: Your address, telephone number, and email address.
- Good Faith Statement: A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy Statement: A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
- Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.

4. Counter-Notice Procedures
If you believe that material you posted (or generated) was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a Counter-Notice with us. This is your right to appeal a takedown.
Your Counter-Notice must include:
- Identification: The material that has been removed and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed.
- Consent: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside of the United States, that you consent to jurisdiction of any judicial district in which the service provider may be found).
- Good Faith Statement: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
5. Repeat Infringers
It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances, to terminate the access of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights. If a user repeatedly uses our tools to generate or distribute infringing content, we reserve the right to block their IP address or account access permanently.
